A veteran, a grandmother, two food trucks, and three boys this whole thing is for.
Ten years ago Bill and Vicky lost their daughter. In the middle of the worst of it they became the ones raising her three sons.
The community around them did not look away. Neighbors, friends and people they had never met showed up with food, with money, with time. That is not something you forget, and it is not something you can pay back to the exact people who did it.
So they started cooking. Lucky’s Grill was built to give those three boys a start — and the plan has always been three trucks, one for each of them, handed over when they are grown.
Two of the three are on the road now.
Who You Are Buying From
Bill served in the United States Army. He runs the grill, the trucks and most of the early mornings, and he is the reason the fries get cut fresh instead of poured out of a bag.
Vicky runs the schedule, the events and the side of the business that keeps two trucks in two places at once. If you have booked us for something, you have talked to Vicky.
The Community Showed Up First
Because this community carried them, Lucky’s Grill gives back to it on purpose, not by accident.
We give 10% of everything we make at any community fundraiser straight back to the cause. School benefits, team fundraisers, lunches, local drives — if you are raising money for something that matters around here, bring us in and a share of the day goes where it is needed.

Three Trucks, One for Each
The goal has not changed since day one: three trucks, one for each of the boys, handed over when they are grown and ready to run them.
Two are on the road. Every basket of fries gets us closer to the third.
Best Fries In the Valley

Amazing atmosphere amazing people great food the chicken nuggets my son absolutely loved. And don’t even get me started on the french fries my son will only eat McDonald’s french fries but this boy is over here mowwing down on these things.
Everything always smells great but my personal favorite has to be the finger steaks crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned, you can tell they don’t hold out! Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it always tastes fresh.

Got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries at Treefort Music Fest! The fries were AMAZING and the sandwich was everything we needed to keep us going, would recommend! Super super nice service
